Bow, long: Although outdated, some heroes and villains favor the bow as a weapon and it can be quite effective in the right hands. Bows add the wielder|s Strength bonus to their damage (although most bows are only designed to add up to a +5 Str bonus at best). A bowwielding character may have various "trick" arrows with different powers; such bows and arrows should be treated as Devices (see page 128).
